How does it reduce nepotism when the Chairman's two sons and daughter in law work at the Delhi office?
Yes, it's just that Trilegal has an exception for a female partner in the Gurgaon office who is married to a Partner apparently in the Gurgaon office only. Rest for everyone in Trilateral; there is no such relationship policy in the office.
So does Dentons have this policy? Wow firms can be real strange at times with these policies.
TL doesn't have any such rule. Neither formally nor does anyone discourage marriage.
It's a good thing. Reduces nepotism, favouritism.

JSA, Trilegal are professionally run non family law firms - they discourage relationships and marriage within office.

Family firms - Cyril Amarchand, Khaitan etc don't have any such policies.
Don’t think such a policy will be there. Atul Sharmas entire family works there.
I heard from someone that Dentons does not allow siblings to work in the same office. This means that if your sibling is in the Delhi Office, then you cannot work there. Is this true? Or someone is making up this shit.
