Homophobia is still rampant among Indian males. Law firms during their HR rounds should filter out homophobic straight men.
I am a straight man. I never had any sensitivity towards lgbtqia+ issues. It’s because of the branding efforts at my firm that I now have some understanding of the issue.

Of course the pace of change is much slower than expected but the change is definitely on its way.
