2. At least you have to give credit where it's due (not like it's anything much anyway). Khaitan and IndusLaw are at least not pretending, where the other firms are.
3. Merely the number of downvotes this comment has received/the trend this may show as this post becomes more visible is an indication, I think, of what the legal profession truely thinks of LGBTQ folks.
Of course the pace of change is much slower than expected but the change is definitely on its way.
