Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
I am an experienced advocate with 3 years of experience in corporate and insolvency litigation leaching before NCLT and NCLAT. I also posses professional qualifications in CS, CMA and equipped with a LLM in International tax from Kings College London.
I would like to work with an advocate who practises both tax (be it direct or indirect tax) and corporate litigation before NCLT. However, I have not been fruitful in finding the right match, the advocates who practises both the aforementioned domains are senior counsels who practises almost all domain of laws, whereas i am only interested in tax, corporate and insolvency or there are only tax counsels.
So I am caught in quite a predicament, although it’s worth mentioning that I haven’t practised tax law at all but my professional qualifications and skills have enchanted my knowledge in tax. Further, I have always been fascinated with tax but I got a good opportunity to work at a good office before NCLT and NCLAT, so that’s the reason why I want to practise both tax and NCLT work and I don’t want to leave them out.
