also, what is the divide between sections for the first assessment? is quants, english, legal equally divided?
Along with that, going through key concepts in contracts, company law, FEMA, labour laws etc, can be helpful for the legal questions. They were mostly GK-style questions, not very application-based. Mostly general concepts were asked, but some niche questions were there.

Competition was easy but it had very close options like the same thing written with synonyms so it was little difficult for me. M&A I found tough, it had questions on FEMA and other related stuff. I found it difficult but it also might be because I am a second year. Couldn't get through but all the best to you!
