In Mumbai, most of the partners are staying in rent. Some partners stay in Lodha as well. But the trend is most of the partners staying in rented apartments of 3BHK and rainmakers staying in 4BHK. But some partners do have homes worth 15-20 crores in Bombay. But I would rather prefer investing that money for real estate in some other city.
I recently came across my partners home in koramangala and boy was that a thing fucking beauty. I am curious to know if most partners in Bangalore reside in such lavish accommodations?
