If you want an assessment officially or a callback at t1 which is basically the same, you have to first intern there and get a second internship.
I’ve already tried cold emailing HRs, messaging partners and associates on LinkedIn, and applying through official career pages — but haven’t had much luck so far.
Would really appreciate any tips or suggestions from anyone who’s managed to break in from a similar background. What worked for you? Anything specific that helped you stand out?
