Was there any problem during interview about the gap years?

Law is the only profession, which has had a people practice from 18 to 80. Don't worry about 3-4 years, look at the next 3-4 decades. All the best.
Age doesn’t matter in real life, but it matters a lot for LI readers. The same people who are touchy about NLU tiers and get prickly if you suggest that JGLS is of the same β€œcaste” as their NLU. 😏
Thank you for the response. My parents wanted me to start in some priv law school this July onwards but I insisted that I wanna get into NLSIU thought CLAT.

I would appreciate any advice you might have for me!!
I joined an NLU at 20, as did two girls in my batch (two stunning beauties with brains). I joined a T1 firm. The two gorgeous girls both went abroad and are today in top firms.

So doesn’t matter.
I wrote CLAT when I was 20. Made it to Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Married. Earns 55 LPA today. Living a fantastic life.
Many people in this profession start very late. Even in my college (im from a private law college) there are people who joined law 3-4 years after they completed high school (21-22 yrs). As long as you get a decent college and internships, nobody will care

It really does not matter, once u go there you’ll realise there are people who took 2-3 drop years for CLAT prep and no one cares how old u are. And starting at 20 also isn’t a huge deal, you might find older people with you sometimes.
