We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

To all the seniors who help their juniors step up by showing the right mentorship and patience, pray that youβre the happiest person in every room you walk into..
I too try my best to be as helpful as possible to the interns. Not so long ago, I was in their place, so I know how it feels. π
To all those who aren't like this and who don't want to be, alright, you also keep being you; but if you treat juniours like the dog who rolled in something smelly, get mentally ready for one day being treated like that yourself, too.
