1. Personal bad behaviour: Unnecessary yelling at people, generally unreasonable, unempathetic to people's circumstances, insensitive, unkind.

2. Professionally bad: Doesn't take interest in teaching juniour lawyers the ropes, is like that American law firm partner who told the London Times (on condition of anonymity) that the usefulness of juniour lawyers is little more than "bugger all" but doesn't help us understand how we could be more useful, humiliates people in front of their team, doesn't take responsibility when something goes heywire but expects his juniours to take the blame, expects 24 hour availability (while not necessarily reflecting that in his own schedule), doesn't stand up for his team and in any other way behaves like a terrible person.

SRK from AZB is my favourite. Highly professional and helpful guy. A gem to work with and explain the concepts to the juniors in the most simplest way.

Though, have seen him schooling the associates as well, but the associates accepted the blunder they have made.
