this insanity with rotation is ruining the lives of aspirants, when clat started we needed to build trsut by allowing the finances to be checked by diff nlus, but now with almost 15 years of experience it is time for some stability, there can be revenue sharing without sharing responsibilites.
the consortium should review its sop and improve, just stop this yearly rotating circus
