Can you read the above post again? It's either salary slip or bank statement. No firm cares about the remainder of the bank balance and redacted ones are OK. This is not uncommon. Can you stop jumping to conclusions based on your limited knowledge/ ability to read?
Correct me if I am wrong, but in most cases, proof of last drawn, like retainership letter or an appraisal letter is enough?

3 months salary slips are standard to ask. Either those or the bank account statement showing your salary for the past 3 months works. All the best!
Do law firms ask for salary slips in lateral hires for Associates? Or does retainership letter suffice ?
