You can try pairing up your Cap Market internships with PE/VC or M&A, will increase your chances of employment.
CB is Crawford Bayley. They pay around 12 lpa with an infamous 3 year bond. Try mailing Sanjay Asher, although they're not looking to hire much from what I have heard.
You can also try applying to Rajani and Rajaram Legal (now River Law), they're good but picky. Keep an eye for others like Desai Diwanji and Bharucha as well other than T-1s.
Really want to get a job in Capital Markets before graduating but honestly just feeling stuck.
I’ve done only one Tier-1 Cap Marks internship, did a course too (didn’t help much lol).
I’ve been applying everywhere - no replies, no updates, nothing. Don’t even have anything lined up for June yet.
Where should I even apply now?
Where will I have a chance of getting accepted?
What can I do in this one year to actually make it to a good Cap Marks firm?
Also, if anyone working in Capital Markets can refer me for an internship or knows someone hiring for B026, I’d be super grateful. Even if someone can just review my CV or tell me what I’m doing wrong, it’ll really help.
