Working on weekends, hate going to suffocating building, not getting paid enough - fixed component is less than any T1 firm out there. I do not understand how can they behave this way. I do not intend to switch but have no reason to stay.
KCO & Trilegal are better in every respect, at what stage should I consider switching? SA Level?
