Pay- Currently, all the capital markets teams across the country are on a bumper pay roll. It will go on till the IPO markets keep rising. So pay will be great. JSA can be the best pay master or the worst depending on the amount of work you had in the year. More work means a lot more money for you and less work means chill life with decent take home. This will not be in your control in your initial years.
Bill Share- JSA has a bill share system of 8% for every team over and above the fixed salary and bonus. Expect to bill atleast 4-5 times of your take home as an associate and add that to your fixed salary and bonus.
