Rishab Gupta, Nakul Dewan, Gourab Banerjee. These are all Indian firms and practitioners who actually represent India or foreign parties in international disputes. Also, there is no international law practitioner in India, including this firm. International law mostly refers to public international law. What they’re talking about is international arbitration and investor-state arbitration. Don’t take sides when you don’t know the basics.
Most professionals, and especially those at boutique law firms with limited resources, simply don’t have the time to produce podcasts. If you’ve ever been involved in organizing a webinar for a reputable law firm, you’ll know how many hours of effort and coordination go into it. I can only imagine that creating a podcast requires even more work, given the need for deeper discussion engagement.
