what an odd thing to say, living your life just by comparison 24x7, are we???
Aise nahi hota bhai. Pelli baat to, stress anxiety har jagah hai. I am in constant arguments with my founders as to how to go about things and plus managing a team is not easy in a dynamic and fast moving regulatory landscape. Itna kaam hai isliye curious ke what is the gap.
I am not comparing because I understand the culture etc are completely different but just wanted to gauge what the differential is.
Which in house is this? I work at T-1 and am willing to join it.
It depends about the about the place and your repo with Partners.
its awful that you are getting a salary. What is this obsession of law graduates getting a job? Go practice law, you would have been earning 2-3x this in another 8 years. Awful. You will be earning peanuts compared to those in litigation even after another 8 years. Awful.
Nope. No T1 is paying 90 lakhs to 1 crore for 8 PQE.
Curious to know which T1 Firm averages 90 Lakhs PA for a 8PQE lawyer. I'm guessing 8 PQE would mean PA1/2 max?
sounds great for inhouse - if u are happy and there is decent work life balance then stopping trying to see if the grass is greener on the other side
arre bhai tu khush hai toh salary ki tension ni lene ka, T1 mai 85 leke anxiety, tension and health problem complimentary pay mai included hoti tere, chahiye tereko?
It's pretty good for in-house! No point comparing with T1/ T2 firms though, since the work culture, timings etc. are different.
PQE 8 for T1 lawyers will be around 75 inclusive of bonus?
I know that the salary will not compare to a T1 lawyer. PAs will make around 70-80 in T1s is my guess?
That is pretty decent money for in house. It is about half of what a T1 lawyer would make at the same PQE, and about the same as a T2.
With 8 years of experience I think you are lacking behind with 45LPA
