Aditionally, the compensation scheme flaunted by the firm is misleading. They pay "Band 1" Associates 12+4, however they pay meagre bonuses to A0s because the probation period does not count when calculating bonuses. Moreover, as an A1 also you fall within the same Band 1, therefore you will be paid the same 12lacs as the A0 with more bonus from the 4 lacs variable.

The band system is the biggest scam they use for putting A0/A1 in the same band and your fixed remains the same effectively
