But it's very rare to get in house salaries across industries.
Certain sectors IT, FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals have similar salaries. But people in these companies rarely share salaries.
I will share mine - just started out my career as a fresher in Tech Mahindra (it sector) my CTC is 7.6 LPA. Work life is chill. But I have no idea how much even my seniors at office make.
