We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.

I interned in march and i had my interview in july.
I was in fact, shortlisted for the PPO interview directly but I unfortunately, fumbled it and I am back to sqyare.
Also it's very difficult for non nlu student to get through it.
They mostly prefer nlu or Jindal. That's very unfair I know.
They have 100s of interns every month. HRs don't even bother to evaluate every single feedback.
It is mostly done by reference.
My suggestion to you because I also faced a similar situation.
Please stick to some good boutique firms for long time.
Gain experience and then go into these top tiers.
I don't want to be just another intern so i don't think my question is silly.
I am from a tier 3 private university and I will be in my 4th year (8th semester) when the internship commences.
1- Considering Khaitan's one internship policy, how do I get assessed directly and will they do so considering I am still only in my 4th year?
2- What are some of the advice I can use to excel at this internship?
3- How is the work and intern culture there?
