Want to discuss practice areas with no scope. Off the top of my head it must be the so called labour employment and benefit practices of firms. Don't know what these guys do anyway. Any other practices that come to mind?
You are a naive naive person if you think employment has no scope, look at the number of job opportunities and kind of work covered, its not your day to day gratuity and EPF handling work (that's a miniscule portion)
Anti-bribery and Whistle-blower policy writers and counsels
It's not widespread. Only very few top notch conglomerates would need one, and even then it's mostly just for optics to demonstrate governance mechanisms are in place without providing any authority or power to the individual made responsible.
See how much tax lawyers are making, especially on the litigation side. Tax practice in law firms is only a small part of the practice.
Are you a law student? Disputes is one practice, alongside M&A, that will NEVER fall out of order
These interns will come on here and spew bs straight out of their ass.
Surprised as to why no one is saying capital markets
Capital Markets is the only practice area through which you can leave india easily and live a better quality of life in some developed country.
"live a better quality"

As a ECM Lawyer in UK/ US/ Singapore, no you would not. You sound like an intern. The costs are alarmingly high, and the work is monstrous.
That's only for 1% of cap marks lawyers, life and pay is shitty for the rest 99% even in tier 1s
Labour and employment is not a developed practice anywhere in the world. Nobody takes it seriously
