My Senior worked with JSA, interned with them thrice and guess what they didn't hire him.
So for me hardwork and connections/contacts are equally important.
Connections are important, more important than competence from my experience at SAM - but I really think that it’s like finding a life partner with finding a law firm partner - either you hit it off or you don’t. I mean love yourself, do great work and you will find someone who values you.
Just my thoughts. Would love you hear what other law firm peeps think about this…
So, what activities are lawyers in Bangalore and Mumbai into? Due to my incessant clubbing and partying during my teenage years, I have made enough contacts to gain access to these circles. However, which activity should I choose to put myself in the company of prominent lawyers, specifically law firm partners, so that I can impress them and secure a job?
