We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

I would strongly recommend against it, if you have PQE go for an Associate role in any other firm. The amount of work vis a vis compensation (6 LPA) is severely underpaid. Please think it through, you'll have multiple options.
Join, get experience of 1 year and switch within the firm (Atul, Veena or if newly promoted partners - parvathy or maggon have a team of their own at the first place/any vacancy) or leave. Parvathy and Maggon both of them are really good to work with, sweet peeps as PAs. Trilegal emp law practice is stellar.
▮▮▮ Join. Don't loose the opportunity. Negotiate for an A0 role instead of being a trainee associate.
Is the attrition this high that she's is offering to trainee associates to 2-3 peeps and also hired 3 fresh associates ?
