Please stop asking stupid questions. People like you are so undeserving of being in the field of law. If you were a judge all your judgements would be overruled for the sole reason that you, an idiot who decided to pursue law, passed it. Even an order for adjournment would be overruled because the parties would have wanted the matter to be heard. If you were a counsel, you'd always be on the losing side even if the other side was wrong. You would bring death penalty on your client for a parking ticket owing to your sheer stupidity.

What the cause of this is, I really don't know. Maybe starting university as young as 17, maybe spending five continuous years at one place... but this is unhealthy at this point.
