FALSE. Law firms don’t charge transaction commission. It’s deemed as success fee and is prohibited for lawyers. We charge a fixed fee / hourly rates.
Corporate law is as similar to investment banking as a German shepherd is to a German salad. Same holds true for the pay.

Bottom line: if you wanna be a Wall Street bro, then study what Wall Street bros study, ie STEM and MBA.

IMO investment banking pays almost double but the work hours are similar in both professiosn
