As a competition lawyer, why are you have 6th or 7th round of comments on a merger notice? This is ridiculous. I have at least never seen this much churning, even in remedy matters.
Dude all comp teams are toxic. Maybe the next gen of partners change the culture, but for now its pretty sad.
Take a chill pill, Mr▮▮▮ ▮▮▮.
Most of the comments and reviews about the KCO comp team have been flagged by the SAa and PAs and looks like they got their friends and family to get them flagged as well. Speaks highly of the culture and their fragile egos. This is the most hilarious thing I have ever seen.
Appears to be a comment from a competitor of KCO. And I know which one.
2nd year law student hai...got interested after doing a competition law moot
They think very highly of themselves.

Then write comments here themselves.

Often make a mess of things themselves.

Clients go seek second opinion themselves.

Then get HK to make a phone call themselves.
How is KCO? Ive heard that their application of the law and their approach towards filings in general is much practical and reasonable than other firms.
JSA has NKU, it's the epitome of Tier 1. What are you even saying?
Why are all comp teams in this country so effed up???
I don't think I have heard good things about any of these places in terms of work culture at these teams.
Also, is it a good time to specialize in Competition Law given that its so niche. Will the new merger regime and the new regulations bring more competition law work in the near future?
JSA isn't Tier 1 yet. While AZB's comp practice is the largest one after SAM. They have around 7 partners to run the show.
Hi, could you all please give an honest feedback about work culture and the people at the competition teams across Tier 1s - mainly CAM, SAM, KCO, JSA etc.
