I have no issues with working hard (I have worked long hours in non-corp but similarly demanding internships), but what really get to me are environments where extreme working hours are combined with a complete lack of guidance from supervisors. So, if anyone has recommendations for law firms with teams that actually mentor interns and maintain a professional, supportive work culture, I’d really appreciate it! Thank you!
