Do you solemnly agree to all of the above?
All of us have dozed off in court now and then, but if it's a habit then judges will start to notice. Other lawyers won't really care - unless, of course, it's a senior lawyer you are briefing. Some tips to deal with this:
(i) Try not to sit for extended periods in court. Stroll near the vicinity of the courtroom to stay awake and keep any eye on the board;
(ii) Avoid heavy lunches;
(iii) Stay hydrated.
