Quite saddening to see how normalised screaming/yelling has become in law firms - is it too much to expect basic respect?
Unfortunately it has become the norm. HR teams are mostly spineless. Only fear the partners/ senior associates have is of an outcry on social media.

Only incompetence within themselves and at managing employees or understanding their employees problem create a good skill of bullying and shouting at their juniors. Classic egotist quality
In the team that I work in, shouting is a complete no-go, and a senior (non-partner) lawyer had a disciplinary inquiry initiated against him because several juniors complained of his problematic behaviour.
