I just finished my Call-Back at Trilegal and have gotten a pretty solid affirmation from my entire team including the partner regarding my PPO. How long does Trilegal's HR take to schedule PPO interviews?
Also, the market is really bad, and no clear demands have been communicated to the partners about the organization's intake needs.
The only thing you can do is stay in constant touch with the team. Most of the time, it takes 4 to 5 months to schedule PPO interviews. As soon as you receive positive information from your team, contact the HR department and inform them about the affirmations you’ve received. Ask them about the next steps and the process
