The work culture was not great in my opinion; the firm has working Saturdays which are WfH, the senior associates can be rude or dismissive, and the HR is like a school teacher. It is not the worst you will see, but it is certainly not good.
Another instance, where I got to know that the attrition rate is high. They may be hiring.
