The llb is a Pg degree. Maybe the Five year program will need to continue domicile reservations but the three year program might not.
And some people will continue to live in a loop of bitterness, regretting that they failed to replace the CLAT failure with a CLAT pass on their academic record; this loop will always lead them to wish NLSIU and other NLUs ill.
then it should effect the LLB and other programs?
Some people continue to live in f**ls paradise. NLS never was, is, and will never have the national status. It will remain a state university.
The SC case on domicile is for PG education. In fact they explicitly said that for undergrad medical seats, reservation based on residence is permitted.
