Bonus milta hai ki nahiin

Separately, if gen z is given overtime, I m 100% sure that they will not do any work in regular time and do all the work for earning overtime
Only the juniors? What about the seniors who don't even want to lift their finger?

Atleast the juniors are working during the working hours. These seniors are not working even then.
DESIGNATE FIXED HOURS, PAY THEM FOR OVERTIME, AND WATCH THE DIFFERENCE.

You β€˜bill’ more cause the firm charges that kinda money to the clients. Freshers are not bringing any real value and are much easily replaceable

Why not? You bill way more than that for the work of an A0 from the client.
Pehle kaam seekhlo. These arguments on β€˜pay more’ won’t work for freshers who take the whole day to do a 2hr job
Service sector doesn’t work that way. Also, if one wants law firm associates to work ONLY 9-5 and 5 days a week, do not expect the level of pay firms are presently giving.

Juniors today don’t want to get burnt like that poor EY girl…..i guess you need to stoop confusing setting Healthy boundaries at the workplace with shirking off work
They want no work all life and want to get paid for it also. This Gen is the worst when it comes to work ethics.
Why can't you give good service 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
