It is good to see this thinking coming out in public. State NLUs must stop this nons**se practice immediately both at UG and PG levels voluntarily before being forced by the SC.
Ha, ha........so what the state NLUs have been doing for years is illegal. NLS has even pawned additional domicile seats for a mere 7 acres of leased land.
