What is a point of doing a BA from NLS and then an LLB from some random place.

Just take a drop and focus hard on cracking clat.
What if the OP tries for three year LLB at NLS itself?
No guarantees that OP will be able to get a seat in the 3 year programme. As far as I am aware, seats will not be reserved for NLS BA kids in LLB.
And why should they be? Does Harvard or Yale reserve places on their JD programmes for people who have done their UG degrees from there?
Don't know about reservation but they do take a fair number of their UG grads in
No I meant to do the LLB also from NLS through the 3 year program. Will that not carry the same value?
Its a newer program. We dont know what value it will carry. It could be better than the 5 year programme or worse.
This is actually a very very good idea. Can elaborate more if needed if you are seriously considering it
Pls share, am trying to make up my mind. Thanks in advance!
The only country in the world where somebody would say "sacrifice an academically rigorous undergraduate education" with a straight face.
This is not the way to think, I believe it to be completely wrong, don't know why I upvoted by mistake.
Bro No. The program has been not thought out properly. One fine morning, we got to know the college is starting a BA program.
Maybe because you don't wake every morining when they were discussing this! This is a classic case of trying to compensate for your own ignorance by accusing others of being careless.
You will get more opportunities in the 5-year course. If you have decided you want to do law, write clat again.
finally a well thought out comment. Such a relief!
Think about building a life with what you currently have in your hands. Everyone who fills the form for CLAT exam wants NLS. I didn't get NLS, but that hasn't stopped me.
