We want LI to be one of the friendliest places on the internet, where lawyers and law students help each other with their career related queries and occasionally discuss other stuff that might affect their lives too. In other words:
1. Be kind, respectful and helpful to each other.
2. Be bona fide, truthful, genuine and curious.
3. Assume the best intention of others.
Therefore, in using the site, you must agree to do your best to uphold these community guidelines.

Iβve been told that employees are allegedly subjected to unnecessary pressure during their exit and that the firm may withhold or delay employeesβ salary, dues and F&F settlements, making the exit process extremely difficult. There are also concerns regarding management behaviour, lack of career growth and the overall work environment.
If anyone has first-hand experience with Areete Law Offices, particularly regarding salary/F&F payments, exit formalities, management behaviour and work culture, please share your experience. I would genuinely appreciate honest and detailed feedback before making a final decision.
