I graduated from UK with a 3 year LLB and was unable to get a training contract. I don’t think I would get an offer from a UK law firm (I have applied three cycles). Currently I am interning in India wherever I can (law firm/advocate chambers/consulting firm done). Should I do a law bridging course or do CAT for MBA? Bridging course at NLU takes two years and I am worried I won’t get a job offer at a law firm being a non NLU graduate. I am thinking of entering consulting through MBA (Deloitte etc), seems like there is more opportunity for me to move abroad with a consulting job (many move to Australia after working 2 years in Bangalore) instead of working in law here. Only thing with CAT is I am seeing most toppers are from engineering degree only. Would appreciate any insight from people who did LLB abroad and came back to India please.

1. Bridge course, then join an Indian firm, then try to shift abroad (LLM or MBA route, or lateral hire in Singapore perhaps).
2. Straight up go for an MBA.
