The billing ratio per member in this team is way better given that this is a very lean team.
Any hiring scene at JSA in any team other than ATU? Willing to be a SA for life

There was a comment on low billing. Has that been censored by LI?
There was an ATU comment on this post. Did LI censor it?

Go only if you are from NLU Jodhpur, the whole team is that
Career progression will not be a problem. Can get promoted to Counsel after SA. Staffing is very lean from what I’ve generally heard. People are expected to run things entirely on their own - which helps in learning.

Friendly mentor and quite approachable. Personally, I have not worked in his team. While his team does work late nights sometimes to close deals/ IBC matters, his juniors seem to enjoy flexibility and get time off.
Good boss. Reasonable and takes the time to teach. Even temper.
