As a recent joiner, I haven't been assigned a substantial workload, which might be contributing to my dissatisfaction. Furthermore, I'm starting to realize that I may not be genuinely interested in the specific area of law I'm currently working in. I'd appreciate any input or guidance on how to navigate this situation.
You need to find people your age, who share similar mentality. If you do go to court, try to interact with peers your age in the court from other firms/ chambers. People you can genuinely speak with without having to think about whether it will affect your promotion/ leave etc or not.
