Not worth it, only for those who can't afford 60 lakhs. For those who can afford it, it's certainly worth it. SOUR GRAPES!
LMAO, they don't just give it to anyone. There are NRI ranks as well. Based on that, admission is given. And hardly 50% of the people reach the NLUs via their rank, rest are via reserved categories. So technically, they are also valid seats and not 'fraud or backdoor entry'
Can an older working NRI cousin sponsor for NRI seat in NLU Jodhpur?
Yes, my parents can afford to pay upto 40 L comfortably. But I read somewhere that we have to pay the entirety of fees either upfront or in 2 instalments max, which my parents can’t do.

Bhai you have asked this on reddit and quora as well. FFS
NRI quota is fraud and backdoor entry. NLUs can never become prestigious like IITs or AIIMS if they continue with this money making exercise. High time to stop this.
It’s better to put ur 60L in FD, and take an SIP afterward when the market rebounds again. That has a better ROI.
Whether or not BA LLB is worth Rs 60L is another discussion. Firstly, when you say your parents can afford 30L, can they afford it easily? Can they write a cheque for 30L and forget about it, or will they end up scrapping the bottom to pay 30L?
dont think so. why dont you apply for NUJS.Might be lesser
