Lots of stress at work? Have you considered seeing a doctor about this?
B12 deficiency coupled with stress and lack of sleep or bad quality of sleep may cause such symptoms even numbness. consult doctor asap
Could be persistent lack of sleep, which affects memory.
Please divulge some more details. Are u unhealthy (lookwise)? How many hours of sleep do you get and when do you have your dinner? Are you a non-vegetarian? What are you eating habits like? Do you do yoga or meditation or fasting? Do you have a small kid?
Relevance of asking nonveg or not ? Just curious to know.
Vegetarians are more likely to be deficient in nutrition
Veg food stimulates brain functioning. Just look around you. All successful people (Indians especially) are vegetarians. Indian genes suit vegetarian cuisine, nothing else.
Correlation not causation. They just have caste privilege. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ
Im 28 and Iโ€™ve been feeling this way for over a year - chat am I cooked?
I too have the same issues. Similar age. I think the reasons are:

1. Lack of sleep

2. Constant stress

3. Depression

I think the solution is yoga and meditation.
Lack of vitamins like B12, D, or omega-3 fatty acids can impact brain function. Get these tested and also get tested for thyroid. Hoping for the best. Please update here once you get a diagnosis.
Thanks for sharing. Was starting to think this is just me. I guess it's best to do basic shit first before getting overwhelmed - drink water, walk sufficiently, eat light but well, and GET OFF THE DAMN SCREENS!
I thoroughly second this. Adult adhd is a real thing. I know Instagram has made it popular and very relatable but there are tests for it. More often that not the anxiety, depression, lack of memory is masked adhd.
Please get tested for amnesia. It is uncommon but the symptoms seem to match with your description. Don't wait to get tested. Also talk to a good neurologist.
I had uncontrolled diabetes and faced very similar issues. Persistently high sugar levels affect liver. Liver issues cause brain fogs.
