I'm into running so I go for a run around 10pm after office and sometimes when I'm not just feeling it I skip the runs. My goal is to run 50 km per month (which burns around 7000 cal per month which is equivalent to losing a little less than 1kg without following a diet plan). You can also try this
So quick question on how others in my situation handle this situation should I work out in the morning and then do college and then work or go to gym after work (canβt put a time on when it will be end but letβs put it at 9PM on average every day) and what would be the suggestions of others? Thanks!
