(i) It's got a lot more than 25 law schools (but should have much fewer). But yes, shut HPNLU down, because clearly, they haven't taught you to argue or research properly. You've got so good at ad hominem as a coping mechanism because you know that you are intellectually inferior to even the worst student at the lowest-ranked T2 NLU (and for the record, many of the T1 NLUs are much higher quality institutions than some British places).
(ii) For your information, many people in Britain these days say "ass". The spelling I pedantically pointed out is considered, even among them, to be old-fashioned. Many Britains of your age use "ass" and "arse" interchangably, just as you have done (and yes, I have often criticized and pulled them up short when they have done that, because I happen to like "arse" more, and definitely hate inconsistency). If you had been a little wiser and a little more cautious, you'd have learned to research cultures before passing such broad opinions on them.
C. Are you sure that solving the pending cases issues can best be done by flooding the market with more and more lawyers? Are you absolutely sure about that, because it doesn't seem to have worked so far, does it now, little child?
D. Consistency matters in writing, kid. You first wrote "arse" (and yes, I happen to prefer seeing it that way, as I acknowledged above, but that's purely a personal choice). I wouldn't have pointed that out if you had used "ass" consistently. Clearly shows you need to get better at drafting. Another thing HPNLU (or whichever bottom-of-the-toilet drain uni you go to) has failed to think about or notice. Good writing habits don't go away because of context, so regardless of "edited research paper" or what, you should be writing well, which you clearly aren't. Language and style is lacking in quality.
B. Stop being a gora ass licker man ! It's been 70+ years since the British left, grow a spine and stop being a white man's little bitch. The fact that you quote the white men, and still compare India's situation to Britain is laughable. Do the maths, I know you aren't strong in it that's why your logic is flawed, but still do it. 25 law schools, let's say producing give or take 100 lawyers in a year, that's 2500. Now in a year how many into litigation, law firms, inhouse, corporate, judiciary, civil services, military, academia etc ? You think 2500 every year is enough for 1.4 billion ? Haven't you already seen the shortage of judges in each level ? Haven't you seen the pending cases ? But no, it's cause you focus on your masters more than your own country. Comparing problems of Britains 70 million to India's 1.4 billion is laughable. Britain can afford to have 25 law schools. India can't. That's why I said get out of the neo liberal colonial slave mindset, stop using white societies solution on desi problems. Start reading indian literature on our society and law and stop trying to be a white boy, you'll end up remaining a brown sepoy, ARSE !
2. Secondly, any country that has 1650 law schools after the top 50 is a country with major problems. After 50 (I would argue below 25 itself, but am happy to compromise), shut all the rest of them down for good. And BTW, this is not an idea restricted to our country. Even in other countries with better higher education systems than ours, such as Britain, there are well-established schools of thought saying that fewer universities might actually be a good thing. When these stinkingly rich British uni vice chancellors have been crying about money shortages while themselves going on trips worth eye-watering amounts supposedly on uni business, the government's response has been entirely appropriate: they have refused to implement taxpayer bailouts and have told people to be ready for "potential market exits" (govt speak for universities shutting down). Take an even firmer line in India, I say, and shut down 1650 out of those 1700 law schools/departments/colleges. My personal view is that HPNLU and all law schools until rank number 26 (according to whatever criteria you are using) should go as well, but as they say, you can't have everything in this world now, can you?
2. HPNLU? Top 50? According to which meaningful criteria? Tell me one achievement of that uni - one meaningful one - and then let's talk. Oh and yes, please produce verifiable proofs of the same.
3. NLUs have very much produced high quality advocates, just not anyone from your uni, just confess and stop applying your inferiority complexes onto other places whose quality you cannot comprehend. As regards judges, the NLUs are too young to have produced anyone who is eligible for the higher levels of the judiciary.
4. Absolutely professors have come back and tried to help. What about the NLS VC himself? Look at how disgracefully he has been treated - what utter nonsense this site allows to be spread about him! Have you ever thought that he and people in his position might have kids, to whom they might one day have to explain that the stuff about daddy/mummy online is just angry people being mean? If that is the best our country has to offer its academics (plus no meaningful research/scholarship culture, definitely a phenomenon at glorified trashcans like HPNLU), then, if I were them, it's be a "no thank you!" from me! There are lots of other examples of people have come back and helped (tell me: who founded IDIA?), if you cared to look! Oh yes and also, if a single graduate from your uni was a prof abroad, or if you had even managed to achieve one training contract in a magic circle law firm, you would not be using this language, but actually producing statistics. These accusations of licking peoples' backsides etc are the last resort of clear failures who have no other argument(s) to resort to!
5. Again, thank you for your exhibitionist behaviour and for giving me such a nice, prolonged laugh, really helps warm the body up; it is -1 Degrees C here on a cold morning in London, and I really needed it - and I can tell you from experience of four years living in England, such quasi-natural (not involving switching-on of expensive heating equipment) cures to feeling cold are really hard to come by!
Moreover, if you're comparing apples to oranges than remember that till date none of the NLUs are anything more than a state university, none of the NLUs have produced judges or advocates of high calibre in the courts, none of the NLUs have produced professors that decided to stay back in India and help further the educational system of the country, why ? Because most of them became corporate Stooges and some like you became the white men's slave and started teaching abroad instead of contributing to the same higher education in India that you accuse others of defiling. Also, with 1700 law colleges, HPNLU still, though not great, comes in the top 50, therefore you're elitist ass considers the rest of the 1650 as even below the thrash that you talk about. Talk about grandiose narcissism at it's finest. I hope even your death is not pissed upon by a rabid dog, and your downfall starts soon. Wish you well you narcissistic snob pig of a blot in this legal community.
As for "connections", if you know how to do well in the application processes, you don't need any. How many times did you fail to get into multiple LLM programmes that you spread misinformation like this?
