I think you are from the old school guys, S&R ECM is no longer a T1 star practice it used to be, most clients now prefer undercut deals proposed by CAM, JSA and the likes.

S&R Capital Markets is a safer bet, do it for a few years, and you can easily transition to Singapore/HK/London. M&A you'll have to be an outlier/top performer to move abroad laterally.
Hey LI fam, can someone please tell that which of these two teams are better in terms of PPO roll out? I've heard s&r has given a lot of PPOs to 2026 kids in gc/m&a this year already. Can someone please enlighten?
