So basically Gen Z fights for its rights instead of being a slave and boomer bosses have a problem with it.
Barring the refusal to arranging the folders, this is not is is poor work ethic BUT SETTING healthy boundaries and I TOTALLY LOVE IT
These all are considered basic etiquettes but sadly baby boomers CEOs won't understand true meaning of work culture.
Humans are like clay toys. Kaske pakdo toh toot jayenge. Late millennial felt this iron grip of previous generations and started breaking down. Eventually culminating in this Gen Z softness.
But who is softer here, gen z eco escalate the issue to their superiors or Gen X and Gen Y who do corporate slavery.
There's a lot of bad shit that our gen is doing but this 0 tolerence for the shit work culture is something I'm proud of
