Can any students in NALSAR tell me how students from north India end up at the institution? Is there something I should know before I go to NALSAR?
Left/ Right wing dispositions will be learnt and unlearnt and then your ideology can be well informed - so long as you can rationally defend what you're saying and not be an ass about it, things should be fine.
Being from North India does not matter - there are students from everywhere. One of the biggest internal fests of the university is literally called "Awadh Magadh".
Also, regarding left wing, yes it is very much prevalent here, to the extent that Hindu phobia also is there.
