I have a drafting test with Khaitan this Saturday. If anyone has given their drafting test with Khaitan, can you please help out and tell me what exactly happens in this drafting test and what questions are given under this drafting test?
No wonder movement to KCO as a lateral is v difficult
bump, i have heard about this for the very first time
Can happen if you are a lateral and are being considered for a specialized team like RE. If you have cleared the first technical round, this should not be a problem. Stick to the basics, and you should be fine.
Can you please guide me also regarding the test and how did it go. Any explanation on the format of the test will be appreciated. Thanks!
Have same query- If you got any clarity about the format, would really appreciate if you could share some insights to it. Also, any material/ internet access or bare acts?

All I have come to know its a case study kind of subjective test for 3 hours.
They can give you any writ/ application/ plaint or anything to draft from scratch.
mast hota hai- you just dont have access to any internet or outside resource apart from Manu and SCC. thats the only catch. otherwise they give drafting test on the bases of your level of joining (A0/A1 etc)
No, there is no access to Manupatra or SCC.

Nothing of that sort, it's you only

I drafted a writ petition challenging a statutory provision of the law before the HC
bhai mujhe toh milla tha access of Manu. but then again i came almost as a fresher so probably daya de ke de diya hoga access. although manu was of no use to me.
Someone i know was asked to draft a short section 9 petition from facts given in the question - this was for lit and arb team
