Is it true that it's a mere formality by the HR team or do they really assess people in mere 20 minutes?
I have seen rejections of a few kids based on their CGPAs. Make sure you are not below Top 10.
If, by chance, a Partner you've worked under pushes for your interview, there’s a possibility it might take place. However, even in such cases, the outcome is almost predetermined, and rejection is highly likely.
Essentially, the chances are slim to none.
