I mean we have laws in place, a lot of it will be ethical questions when consciousness comes into the picture. But for now, Privacy and IPR laws covers most of the aspects that plague us right now. I haven't read Nexus yet, Harare keeps on blabbering the same thought in all his books with newer stories. Excellent writer though, no doubt.
