That's not where you'd stay for long. It's a nice place to learn, but once you grow, he encourages you to move on. I've personally seen him push out juniors by asking them to go independent after 4-ish years.
Lmao, it isn't hectic at all. Most of the associates are chilling and they don't have substantial work.
And increase in pay?

Is that substantial with increasing PQE?
Work culture is fine, bur hectic like any chamber. 6 days a week. Not toxic.
Excellent mentor. He was very patient, kind and helpful. Helped me learn a lot and sort out several issues that I had been facing at law school. Highly recommend.
