Majority of law schools are bad experiences.

No need to write stories about it and celebrate.

Half of NLUs are pathetic.

90% of private law colleges are useless or fraud.

80% Govt law colleges or University departments have little or no faculty.

So focus on work and learn on the job.

I resonate with you a lot, as being in a residential university I wasn't able to enjoy much of my college life. The people in my university are very judgmental about looks and economic standards. Since I come from a very middle class and humble background, I was often branded as 'incapable' by my batchmates, who hail from metropolitan cities. I am from a not so good law college in Mumbai. I interned throughout my law school as attendance wasn’t compulsory and luckily got a good ppo, the one I wanted.

I didn’t clear clat and didn’t think Jindal was worth the money spent

so I had to go to a college like this

I did not have a proper college experience of living together with friends, doing moots and committee work, making friends for life etc

I was instead spending that time interning in offices with people older than me, feeling lonely.

It’s not like I don’t have any friends at all

I did make friends in other colleges by participating in extra carricular activities for which I’d travel to other colleges often and some friends from mine too

But it’s not like a full time college student experience

This affects me quite a lot as in adult life you barely get to make friends so I feel like I’ve missed out on this imp aspect of life

For those who have attended full time colleges, can you tell me of some bad things that happens over there or the not so pleasant parts so I can get a different perspective ?
